About our products:
All the items featured by Tomte are made by artisans and crafters in the USA. Our online store showcases selected artists from our brick and mortar store located at 4335 W 41st Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
Shipping information:
Unless noted otherwise, all our products are in stock and ship in 2-3 days. If for some reasons this is not possible, we will notify you with the scheduled ship date. All domestic orders are shipped first class USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not currently offering international shipping, but if you see a must-have contact us and we can work something out. If you'd like insurance, please contact us and we will get you a quote.
In Store Pick Up
In store pick up is available. Send us an email after placing your order and we will refund shipping.
Payment:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Please note: items paid for via Echeck are mailed when the check clears with PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Paypal will add 7.720% sales tax to orders with a Colorado shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges.
If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We will provide a store credit or exchange for any unused items in original condition, less shipping costs. Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned. We need to be notified of returns or exchanges before you return the item and within 30 days of original payment.
Submissions
Currently, we accept new artists on consignment only. If you'd like us to review your work, please email your website or product images along with wholesale pricing (what you need to get for your product). Send emails to shop {at} tomtecraft.com. We review products in person by appointment only.
